As a dispatch worker, you will be responsible forpreparing goods for dispatch according to the FIFO system. Thedispatch worker also loads trucks, prepares waybills, and handlesthe inspection and registration of goods. Products such as rawmaterials and auxiliary materials are stored in the incomingwarehouse from where they are distributed by the dispatching clerkto the production lines.

• English or Dutch language skills to enableyou to communicate freely;
• own accommodationnear Zeewolde;
• owntransport;
• experience as a production ordispatch worker;
• possibility to work two shiftsand on Saturdays.

• salaris of €15.00-€15.80 gross perhour;
• after a meeting with the employer ( andmutual agreement), the employee starts working directly for theemployer on a contract;
• the employer providesworking time of 38h/week;
• between 21.00 and5.00 a shift bonus of 30% applies;
• overtime ispaid at a premium rate of 25% for the first 2 overtime hours and50% for the remaining overtime hours;
• asurcharge of: 15% for hours worked between 05:00 and 13:00, andfrom 13:00 onwards the surcharge is 30% for each hourworked;
• working hours are variable, e.g. from06:00 to 15:00 and from 14:00 to 23:00;
• workinghours are set in consultation with the team leader and the team,and periodically you will also be allocatedSaturdays.
