    We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Engineer to join our team in the Netherlands. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal teams to drive process standardization, waste elimination, cost reduction, risk reduction, and continual performance improvement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Establish relationships with stakeholders and build rapport to become a trusted advisor
    • Support the pre-launch phase of programs or projects to ensure all customer requirements are documented and controlled
    • Develop and manage an effective PFMEA and Control Plan that focuses on prevention, early detection, and in-process or post-work inspection for designated business processes
    • Collect, measure, and analyze complex data to identify opportunities for internal performance metrics as well as key performance indicators
    • Support and participate in internal, external, or customer audits
    • Initiate and facilitate CAPA meetings (Corrective Action / Preventive Action) to drive Containment, Root Cause, and effective Corrective Actions to mitigate recurrence

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree - Preferable
    • Associate's Degree
    • A minimum of 2 years' progressive experience in a related field
    • A minimum of 2 years' experience supporting a Quality Management System (QMS)
    • Experience supporting a QMS in accordance with the latest ISO 9001 standard
    • Experience in process design using in-process controls and effective sampling plans
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, set priorities, and manage time effectively
    • Ability to use Advance Quality tools for evidence-based decision making
    • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead/mentor, influence, collaborate, and build relationships with others
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
