Is ervaring als bakker mooi meegenomen. Maar als je nog geen ervaring hebt dan wordt jou alles geleerd dat je moet weten
Sta je positief tegenover het werken in een 3-ploegendienst
Je bent niet bang voor storingen en zoekt samen met de technische dienst naar de oplossing

Als Operator Bakker draag jij de verantwoordelijkheid voor een vlekkeloos bakproces aan onze productielijn van wel 100 meter lang. Je begint je dag door je bakkerskleren aan te trekken en een kopje koffie te drinken in de kantine. Vervolgens zorg je ervoor dat je handen gewassen zijn en je schoenen schoon voordat je de bakkerij binnenstapt.

Samen met je team bereid je het deeg voor diverse varianten brood, zoals casinobrood. Je controleert de ingrediënten, voegt eventuele hulpstoffen toe en bewaakt de kwaliteit van het deeg. Daarna verdeel je het deeg in broodblikken, die vervolgens de rijskast ingaan. Tijdens het rijzen houd je nauwlettend in de gaten of alles goed verloopt om storingen te voorkomen.

Voor het brood de oven ingaat, versier je het met maan- of sesamzaad. Tot slot zorg je voor een grondige schoonmaak van de machines en de vloer.

Waar ga je werken

Bij onze opdrachtgever in Hedel maken ze dagelijks vers vloerbrood, rechtstreeks van de steenovenvloer naar de klant De producten zijn uniek en hebben speciale eigenschappen die je niet bij gewoon brood vindt. De korst is krokanter en het brood zelf compacter en vaster, allemaal dankzij de traditionele bakmethode Sluit je aan bij dit enthousiaste team en geniet van verser dan vers brood met korting
