    Step into the role of European Operations LogisticsCoordinator in Amstelveen and play a key role in optimising thehealthcare logistics, enhancing operational efficiency, andachieving customer satisfaction.

    Your job as European Operations LogisticsCoordinator:
    In this crucial position,your focus will be on enhancing the logistics operations to supportthe growth of the Healthcare division by streamlining the logisticsand inventory processes. Your responsibilities include:

    • Overseeing warehouse and transportationvendors to ensure accountability and transparent logisticsoperations.
    • Conducting inventory checks andmaintaining accurate records for equipment loans anddemonstrations.
    • Developing and refininglogistics workflows and Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs).
    • Coordinating insurance claims forinventory losses or damages and reporting on logistics trends andstatus.
    • Managing all logistics activities forinbound and outbound movements, including troubleshooting andescalating shipping issues as necessary.

    Your workplace:
    You will be based in two locations, theAmstelveen office and the storage location site in Schiphol-Rijk.You will be collaborating closely with a dynamic, multiculturalteam that includes senior management, product managers, andtechnical specialists. This role is integral to supporting theHealthcare division across Europe.

    What do you bring to thetable?
    This position starts as anexecutive role. So we are looking for a proactive, hands-on anddetail-oriented individual with:

    • Extensive experience in logistics and inventorymanagement within the EMEA region.
    • Strongproficiency in ERP and CRM systems
    • Excellentproblem-solving skills, capable of systematic and creativeresolution approaches.
    • Exceptional negotiationand interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
    • A valid driver's license and a car.

    A starting contract of 7 months witha competitive salary and benefits packageincluding:
