Tasks

• In your new role, your main responsibility will be supporting our customers in Berlin to ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructures and media technology applications.
• Utilize your expertise in hardware and software to deliver competent IT support to our customers and assist them in finding optimal solutions to technical challenges.
• Make use of a modern issue tracking system to efficiently manage inquiries and error messages.
• Coordinate patch management for various workstation environments (MacOS, iOS, Android, Windows) and a mobile device management strategy to ensure systems are up to date.
• Act as a communicative link to ensure smooth collaboration between our headquarters in Mainz, external support partners, and our customers.

Profile

• Completed IT training, e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration, or a degree in computer science with relevant experience.
• Proficiency in best practices in IT administration, patch management, and system security.
• Valuable certifications in Microsoft or VMware (e.g. MS-102, VMware Certified Technical Associate, or VMware Certified Advanced Professional).
• Strong German and English language skills (B2 or higher).
• On a personal level, exhibit team spirit, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and an analytical work approach.
