- Responsibility of growing the Netherlands Subsidiary from 0 to at least 100 million Euro new business in 3 years.
- Managing the company day-to-day operation: (employees, recruitment process, budget control, business development and partnership, marketing & sales, program management, execution and customer relations, logistics etc.
- Extensive in country and international travel.
- Flexible and long working hour.
- BSc/MSc degree in engineering, economics or commercial law.
- At least 4 years of experience with military procurement process (DMP)
- DPLAN/COMMIT will be advantageous.
- At least 3 years of commercial management role (marketing/sales) in a defence company. (Global company experience will be advantageous)
- Military background. Mid-command (Maj-Col.).
- Fluent Dutch and English Speaker. Other languages will be advantageous.
- Energetic, dynamic, out-of-the-box thinker, creative, determined.

The Managing Director will grow the subsidiary's business while managing its day-to-day operation and shall report to Corporate VP and ESNL Board of Directors. The job includes extensive travels in country and abroad.
