Job summary
The Network Operations Centre (NOC) Operator is responsible for monitoring and managing the technical installations and infrastructure in EMEA data centers.This includes ensuring the optimal operation of critical systems such as air-conditioning, UPS generators and environmental controls.
The NOC Operator serves as the main contact during shifts for Security Management Engineers Customers ensuring smooth operations quick issue resolution effective communication.
