    If you are creative and innovative, the Digital Marketing Manager represents a key role in shaping our global marketing strategy through digital channels and digital tools or apps. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll have the opportunity to define and execute Trespa's digital strategy, enhancing brand visibility and driving lead generation across our product portfolio, in line with the marketing strategy.

    In this leadership position within the marketing and communication department, you'll be instrumental in overseeing our digital marketing initiatives that drives brand awareness, improves customer journey and marketing funnel, develops lead generation and engagement across all online platforms or digital business tools. You have the responsibility to establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content.

    In an environment of building materials design and sustainable, your focus will be B2B digital strategies to target different customer groups (architects, distributors, installers).

    Leading a dedicated small team of professionals, you'll ensure the implementation of digital tools, apps, and campaigns while closely monitoring performance metrics. Your role extends beyond day-to-day management; you'll champion our brand's online presence, mentor team members, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our digital efforts align seamlessly with evolving business objectives.

The Digital Marketing Manager has 2 direct reports, is part of the Marketing and Communication team and reports to the Marketing Director (member of Top Management). Based in Weert headquarters.

    Your role

    As a pivotal member of the Marketing team, you'll engage with a diverse group of international colleagues, fostering collaboration and driving our digital marketing initiatives forward. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Plan, execute and manage all digital marketing platform or tools, including SEO, SEM, leads campaigns, website, and social media.
  • Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute brand & products content. Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels.
  • Collaborating closely with the digital marcom specialist and the content specialist, overseeing the management of and
  • Co-developing compelling content in conjunction with marketing communication specialists and personally overseeing its deployment across Trespa's social media platforms and email marketing tools.
  • Proactively exploring new avenues to engage and connect with our (potential) customers through digital channels worldwide, working alongside country managers and product range managers.
  • In addition to optimizing Trespa's owned digital channels and digital tools, you'll define the role of national and/or international digital industry platforms as part of our multichannel approach, aiming to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation.
  • Analyzing performance metrics across all digital channels and leveraging data insights to refine our digital strategy and tactics as necessary.
  • Your proactive approach and entrepreneurial spirit will be instrumental in reshaping Trespa's digital marketing presence on a global scale, leveraging your expertise to drive impactful change within the organization.

    • This dynamic role may involve occasional travel to attend international exhibitions and participate in global sales meetings, providing valuable opportunities for networking and further expanding our reach.

    Your profile

  • You hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing / Marketing Digital or related field.
  • You have 5-10 years of experience in B2B and/or B2C digital marketing roles.
  • You're fluent in English, additional languages like German, Dutch, French or Spanish would be a valuable asset.
  • You're experienced in Drupal, Google Analytics, Microsoft Dynamics, or other highly ranked CRM and/or CMS platforms.
  • You're experienced with development and management of websites, portals, Ecommerce, social media channels, integration of tools at 3rd party website, new technologies like artificial intelligence and other business applications
  • Experience with developing content and digital advertising, incl SEO, SEM, digital and social media advertising. Experience on lead management.
  • Experience with data tools like Google Looker studio, Google analytics, Hotjar and Search Console and others.
  • Experience with communication team/agency on branding, brand identity, brand content.
  • You're a team player with strong stakeholder management skills coupled with exceptional analytical skills to identify areas for optimization and actively recommend solutions.
  • You're a strategic thinker with hands-on mentality in overseeing initiatives from inception to execution.
  • You're customer and solution oriented focused on digital users.
  • You possess excellent presentation, communication, networking, and influencing skills.
  • You demonstrate strong business acumen and implementation power, showcasing a deep understanding of business operations. You have the ability to translate strategic plans into actionable tasks with a focused emphasis on implementation.
  • You possess excellent time management and organizational skills, enabling you to efficiently manage time, prioritize tasks while ensuring organizational goals are achieved.
  • Furthermore, you are a self-starter with flexibility and initiative, showcasing a proactive approach, adaptability, and a willingness to take initiative to drive projects forward.
  • You have a personal interest in design or architecture, and you like to work on technical and environmentally friendly products.
