Wij zijn voor onze R&D afdeling in Budel op zoek naar stagiair(e)s. Wij zoeken een afstudeerder, die met een specifieke opdracht aan de slag gaat of een student op zoek naar een 3ejaars meeloopstage.
Graag bepalen we de eventuele opdracht, afhankelijk van je studiejaar, samen in overleg. We vinden het heel belangrijk dat jij met enthousiasme en passie je opdracht uit kunt voeren en dat er oog is voor je individuele wensen. Uiteraard bieden wij professionele begeleiding en kun je uitvoerig sparren met je nieuwe collega's.
Voorbeelden van opdrachten zouden kunnen zijn:
Je draagt ideeën aan en onderzoekt oplossingen met betrekking tot onze producten en productiemethoden. Je zult hiervoor geregeld een bezoek brengen aan onze fabriek net over de grens in Kaulille, België.
Voor vervoer wordt gezorgd, daar hoef jij je niet druk om te maken
Jouw bijdrage leveren aan het ontwikkelen van innovatieve steigerprojecten. O.a. door het maken van prototypes in metaal of 3D-printing (kunststof of metaal). Je begeleidt samen met een ervaren collega de nul-series en productie series in onze eigen fabrieken en bij toeleveranciers. Je doet voorstellen over hoe we dit proces verder kunnen verbeteren.
Het analyseren van portfoliodata met als doel om het productenpallet efficiënter te maken en te harmoniseren en beter aan te laten aansluiten op de internationale behoeftes. Een verdere verdieping zou kunnen liggen in de ontwikkeling van sub-segmenten, zoals bijvoorbeeld de event en podium oplossingen.
