If you've ever paid other users on platforms like Marktplaats, eBay-Kleinanzeigen, and Gumtree, or booked a holiday home via or Micazu - chances are you've already met us.

Our fintech platform powers marketplaces. Not just by arranging payments - it also allows marketplaces to accept, hold and disburse funds for their users. That makes our solution a bit more sophisticated, yet ready to grow internationally.

As our Sales Manager (Tenders), you will play a crucial role in leading and managing tender processes and RFPs, supporting the overall sales efforts of OPP.


  • Stay updated on potential opportunities by monitoring RFPs and tender announcements within the sector of online marketplaces and platforms.
  • Report directly to and work closely with our Sales Director to develop effective bid strategies that match with the company's business objectives.
  • Ensure effective collaboration among all parties involved in the tender process.

Your track record shows us

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant commercial role.
  • A proven track record in fintech/payments or marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of tenders and RFP processes.
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with the sales team.
  • A-class communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic and solution-focussed mindset.
