Een passie voor software engineering is vanzelfsprekend waarbij kennis en ervaring met de volgende tools en technieken een pre is: C, C++, Linux, Jenkins, Nexus, Maven en Continuous Integration.
- Als persoon ben jij creatief, open en flexibel en goed instaat te opereren als een teamspeler. Je hebt enige jaren ervaring in software engineering of software integratie in een real time omgeving. Daarnaast ben je resultaatgericht, initiatiefrijk en communiceer je op heldere wijze.

Binnen het cluster Naval-Engineering worden door de afdeling Applications software oplossingen ontwikkeld voor onder andere onze radar en optische sensoren. Dit betreft real-time software voor onze radar processing systemen in het sensor domein.
Voor dit domein zijn wij op zoek naar getalenteerde Software Verification Engineer About the job Software maakt een steeds groter deel uit van onze totale engineering inspanning en levert veel extra functionaliteit aan onze radar systemen. We hechten grote waarde aan de toepassing van hightech technieken en methoden om zo beter en sneller onze oplossingen te kunnen realiseren. De Large Scale Scrum methode wordt toegepast bij de software ontwikkeling. Verschillende teams ontwikkelen software die geïntegreerd en gedemonstreerd wordt in één product. Dit alles in een vast ritme. Als Software Verification Engineer ben je lid van één van onze scrum teams en voornamelijk bezig met het testen en valideren van software deelproducten. Je krijgt volop mogelijkheden om je te ontwikkelen in verschillende richtingen. Afhankelijk van jouw passie en ambities zijn er meerdere groeipaden mogelijk, bijvoorbeeld richting software architect of systeem test engineer. In het veld meewerken aan oefeningen en zo onze oplossingen live in actie zien behoren ook tot de mogelijkheden.
