Werk je graag met machines, maak je graag deel uit van een productie (bak)proces en ben je ook nog eens gek op de geur van vers gebak en vlaaien? Kom dan werken bij de productie bakkerij van Panningen als (Junior) Operator Bakker met mogelijkheden in zowel dagdienst, 2 of 3 ploegen.

Salaris is afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring

De toeslagen varieren van 34% t/m 100% extra.

€ 2500,- t/m € 3150,- bruto per maand
Baan voor langere tijd en uitzicht vast contract
Opties in dagdienst, 2 en/of 3 ploegen
Extra toeslag voor weekendwerk
Loonsverhoging van 4,5% per 14 juli 2024
25 vakantiedagen en reiskosten van 21 cent per km

Wie ben jij

MBO werk- en denkniveau en wilt jezelf ontwikkelen;
Je bent fulltime beschikbaar in dagdienst van 7:00 - 15:00 en om het weekend (ook zijn er parttime mogelijkheden) of in 2 en/of 3 ploegen;
Ervaring als operator of bakker in een productieomgeving is een pluspunt, maar als je nog geen ervaring hebt met het bakproces van gebak en vlaaien, dan word je dit aangeleerd d.m.v. een interne opleiding;
Kennis van HACCP en voedselveiligheid is een pré;
Je bent flexibel, leergierig, communicatief en een echte teamplayer

Als (Junior) Operator Bakker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het gehele productie (bak)proces van vlaaien en gebakjes volgens planning en receptuur. Het is een baan met veel afwisseling, waar je als (Junior) Operator Bakker de kans krijgt om het banketbakkersvak in de praktijk te leren met een erkende interne opleiding. Van instellen, bedienen en oplossen van storingen aan de (productie)machines tot aan de grondstoffen, veiligheid, kwaliteit binnen het bakproces.

Waar ga je werken

Onze opdrachtgever is de grootste vlaaienbakker in Nederland, bestaat als 125 jaar en levert aan vrijwel alle supermarkten in Nederland. De productie bakkerij is gevestigd in Panningen waar ze dagelijks verse gebakjes en vlaaien maken, dat rechtstreeks naar de patisserie afdelingen van de klant gaat In de bakkerijen merk je het familiegevoel waar iedereen elkaar kent en iedereen belangrijk is.
