Voor onze klant EY zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega die de rol van Compliance Assistant gaat vervullen in het team in Eindhoven. Jij zal je bezig houden met het verzamelen van informatie omtrent nieuwe klanten en opdrachten. Wanneer er een nieuwe klant/opdracht is, registreer je deze in de juiste documenten waarna het in een bulk naar de collega's in India gaat. Tijdens het gehele proces ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit checks en informeer je je collega's.Ben jij minimaal 32 uur beschikbaar en wil je werken aan je eigen ontwikkeling lees dan snel verder wat de mogelijkheden zijn wat bieden wij jou
een functie voor minimaal 32 uur per week
Jij bent als Compliance Assistant een echte verbinder tussen de collega's en diverse afdelingen. Jij als Compliance Assistant krijgt er energie van als de procedures zorgvuldig en soepel lopen. Jij hebt minimaal een afgeronde mbo 4 opleiding;
Jij hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als in geschrift.
Jij bent als Compliance Assistant samen met jouw collega's in India, verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve verwerking van de nieuwe klanten en opdrachten. Jij komt te werken op de afdeling Tax Quality Support die zich dus focust op nieuwe klanten en opdrachten, maar ook het bijhouden van huidige klanten en opdrachten.
Zo verwerk jij als Compliance Assistant de nieuwe klanten en opdrachten in de juiste documenten volgens de door EY opgestelde processen. Jij zal ook kwaliteit checks moeten uitvoeren op het werk dat je van je collega's ontvangt.
Tot slot ben jij de schakel tussen de collega's uit India, andere compliance assistants en de consultants op de werkvloer, hierdoor zal je ook veel communiceren met diverse partijen.
Je verzamelt informatie die nodig is voor het proces van nieuwe klanten en opdrachten;
Je registreert de nieuwe klanten en/of opdrachten in de juiste documenten;
Je houdt het proces bij van klanten en opdrachten wanneer het nodig is;
De standplaats van deze vacature is het kantoor van Eindhoven. Hier kom je te werken met een aantal Compliance Assistants en consultants. De rol van Compliance Assistant wordt ook wel TQST - Tax Quality Support Team, genoemd op de werkvloer.
