    The Project Management Office plays a crucial role within Van Lanschot Kempen and accelerates the company's strategy as a trusted partner, seamlessly delivering material projects by connecting people & expertise.

    The project manager coordinates, leads and plans various projects, largely in the non-IT area, in relation to a major activity, such as a merger or acquisition, the sale of a large part of the organization, a cultural, strategic, tactical or operational change of direction, or the ongoing improvement of effectiveness and efficiency of VLK. The Project Manager manages the change process by ensuring the timely achievement of projects within budget and specifications.

    Together with a team of internal and external experts, you guide the project to the finish line.

    You also have the following tasks:

  • Facilitate the impact assessment for new initiatives
  • Create project plans to execute initiatives
  • Formulate and steer the project team along the lines of the project plan
  • Coordinate the execution together with the project team
  • Monitor the progress of relevant activities and escalation to stakeholders

  • Certificates in the area of Project Management and Lean are considered a plus
