    Primary role will be to maintain and deliver a dynamic portfolio of solutions that meet the Strategic priorities of the business in collaboration with the senior product manager semiconductor. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the roadmaps and their cross-functional interfaces and act as a Commercial Product Owner for the Ingot & Wafer orientation instrumentation used in semiconductor metrology portfolio.

    What are your responsibilities?

  • Support the team to deliver a dynamic portfolio of semiconductor metrology solutions that meet the needs of our customers through active lifecycle management, including End of Manufacture/Sale and competition assessment.
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans, which includes the right mix of marketing tactics for the different stages of the buyer's journey towards our (potential) customers.
  • You will work closely with our marketing- and application colleagues to develop and deliver a launch tier model, launch-related content and work on continuous promotions for new and existing products.
  • After launch activities including tracking marketing/sales KPIs post launch such as MQLs, conversion rate, discounting, average unit price etc.
  • Support the Senior product manager to develop Product strategy & plans and the Head of Marketing for Advanced Materials to decide and recommend a product marketing strategy for your portfolio.
  • Work closely with the segment marketing manager semiconductor to explore identified markets and applications. Making use of market reports, expert opinions and insights. Assess market size & share of sales, market drivers & trends.
  • Be the VOC. Understand user applications, workflows and personas. Define value propositions & value walks. Perform win-loss analysis.

  • Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and the drivers critical to success in serving this market.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with a diverse, cross-functional, multi-level and international audience.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and appreciation of global cultures.
  • A higher degree in a relevant Business, Science or Engineering discipline.
  • Availability to frequent international travels. (+-20% of the time).
