    IT Supporter (m/f/d) in the user helpdesk

    Permanent position, full-time - Cologne Your tasks

    • Accepting, prioritizing, classifying and processing incidentreports and other requests to IT via ticket system, telephone ande-mail according to ITIL
    • Supporting the ITcontact persons (m/f/d) in schools and with business customers
    • Ensuring trouble-free functionality of allIT systems and software applications in cooperation with 2nd leveladministration and the other IT teams
    • Deployment and configuration of workstations (Windows), Apple& Android devices
    • Remote managementand maintenance of over 100,000 iOS and Android devices
    • Documentation of workarounds and solution approaches ina knowledge database

    Yourprofile

    • You haveIT-related vocational training or corresponding proven professionalexperience
    • You are very familiar with commonPC operating systems such as Windows, Linux, Android, iPadOS andstandard applications in the MS Windows environment
    • Ideally, you have some experience in user support,support and remote support and have already worked with ticketsystems (preferably TANSS)
    • You work just aswell independently as in a team and enjoy communicating on thephone
    • You are characterized by a strongcustomer and service orientation, as well as a structured andcareful way of working
    • Fluent written andspoken German is a prerequisite
