- Lead Loss Prevention Store Audits in stores within your designated region/territory to ensure compliance with operational standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide documented and measurable audit results, analyzing trends by store, region, or territory, and offering actionable insights to the business.
- Conduct on-site loss prevention debriefs and training sessions to address identified issues and enhance team capabilities.
- Use data mining reporting tools to investigate instances of theft or fraud, addressing invisible shrinkage, booked shrinkage, and discrepancies in received freight.
- Organize quarterly Shrink Schools for underperforming stores, offering guidance and support to enhance loss prevention practices.
- Maintain regular communication with regional management, organizing quarterly review meetings and providing mentorship to enhance loss prevention knowledge and capabilities.
- Holds a minimum HBO/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in both English and Dutch (written and spoken).
- Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a small team, with a strong emphasis on results and data-driven decision-making.
- Possesses budget ownership skills and a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Highly accurate in task execution with excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations.
