You make a difference by safeguarding the security of individuals and goods, maintaining order and tranquility on the premises.

Diverse tasks? You definitely have them. From camera surveillance and access control to patrolling and intervening in suspicious situations. You may encounter all that and much more, depending on the location you work at. Additionally, you may also perform administrative or logistical tasks, such as opening barriers for visitors. This way, you also represent the client.
You work day, night, and weekend shifts. You may also be deployed to other nearby locations.

While your workplace is in the Den Bosch region, you may need to fill in for fellow security guards at locations like a municipality, office building, asylum center, hospital, or amusement park.

This gives you a peek into the workings of numerous organizations and takes you to places where some employees may not even go.

You can expect:

An hourly gross salary between € €19.08, according to the Private Security collective labor agreement and depending on your experience.

A one-year contract and a permanent contract upon good performance.
Salary 13 times a year.
Irregularity allowances, leading to a considerable increase in your salary.
Full reimbursement of travel expenses if you use public transport or €0.18 per km (starting from 9 km).
Pension scheme, year-end bonus, and holiday pay.
Uniform and dry-cleaning allowance, and group discounts on your health insurance.

Thanks to your curiosity and vigilant attitude, you quickly identify unusual situations, allowing you to intervene before a situation escalates.

Naturally, you keep sensitive information to yourself and take the initiative to actively secure.

Additionally:
You have an intermediate vocational education (mbo) diploma in Security level 2.
You have a driver's license B and your car, enabling you to reach the location independently.
You are proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
You can handle a significant amount of physical activity. You cover a lot of ground in a day.

You speak fluent Dutch and have a basic level of English: in stressful situations, you can provide the correct instructions in English.
