    Job Introduction

    The newly established Business Performance Improvement (BPI) sector aims to manage improvement programs at ASML by defining, prioritizing based on customer impact, and executing across sectors. It focuses on end-to-end processes, enhancing value creation for customers.

    Seeking a Portfolio Officer to support BPI Portfolio Managers in the prioritization and balancing of improvement programs, ensuring portfolio information is analyzed and resources are efficiently managed.

    Role and Responsibilities

    As a Portfolio Officer, you will:

    • Coordinate intake processes from Sector portfolios to provide insights and outlook on portfolio status
    • Identify resource issues impacting portfolio execution and propose solutions
    • Organize and lead meetings, workshops, and team-sessions
    • Seek improvement opportunities to enhance business value and portfolio management
    • Manage and track portfolio decisions, contributing to community competence
    • Participate in Strategy & Portfolio enhancements for process efficiency

    Education and Experience Requirements

    • Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
    • Certifications in Prince2, IPMA-D, IPMA PMO, PM-Bok, MoP, or similar
    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Portfolio Officer or Project Manager in a high-tech organization
    • Expertise in portfolio management, especially in a high-tech setting
