- Follow up on acute quality issues together with suppliers and coordinate non-conformity processes (eg. CAPA);
- Review monthly customer feedback and take part in (bi)annual supplier evaluation sessions on quality KPIs;
- Signal product quality improvements in partnership with the Innovation Department and your suppliers, initiate quality improvement projects to optimize our product assortment;
- Function as a contact person for suppliers, sales organizations, and internal departments, managing quality-related procedures and inquiries;
- Act as business ambassador protecting all quality, safety, and legislation requirements.
- Degree in science or technology, or equivalent in knowledge, experience, and training – (NVC) packaging technology, industrial design engineering, etc.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a Quality Assurance/Technology role in the (cosmetic) packaging field;
- You are structured, disciplined, have great analytical skills, and enjoy working with stakeholders;
- Social skills are also a must, as you will be interacting with people from different cultures and backgrounds, as well as functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a good command of the English language is essential;
- A driver's license.

Salary will be around €4500 - € 5500 gross a month based on 40 hours workweek.
