    Marketing Specialist

    Organization:

    Reesink Logistic Solutions (RLS) is a top provider of automated, integrated logistics solutions ranging from robust, automated pallet storage to fully automated goods-to-person systems using i.e. advanced AutoStore (robots) and Geek+ (AMR) technology. RLS consists of the companies AM Logistic Solutions (Offenau, Germany), Lalesse Logistic Solutions (Duiven, Netherlands) and two local subsidiaries in Poland and Austria. RLS is the Logistic Solutions division within the Royal Reesink group of companies. Royal Reesink is an international distributor and service provider with 2.600 employees and a yearly turnover of €1.4B, headquartered in the Netherlands.

    Your role:

    Together with your Dutch colleague you will be jointly responsible for all marketing activities within our RLS division. Both Marketing Specialists report directly to the Commercial Director of RLS, and will team up to facilitate our European growth ambition Taking the next steps in our online presence, ensuring superior brand awareness and organizing fairs & events will be amongst your main activities. In parallel you will actively participate in strategic marketing projects. You will be based in Offenau (Germany) and occasionally visit the other RLS offices abroad.

    The marketing team will have a crucial contribution to the increased brand awareness and will act as a warm lead generation magnet to our sales colleagues. Based on an annual strategic plan the activities will be fully aligned with the companies' strategy. The marketing team is responsible for executing, monitoring and budgeting of the overall marketing plan.

    Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Boost online presence and awareness, Employer branding, Organization of fairs/webinars and analyzing data for optimization
  • Creation and development of content strategies and concepts for our social media activities
  • Warm lead generation for sales
  • Marketing campaigns for product promotions, relevant topics and make active use of channels such as YouTube, LinkedIn, newsletters
  • Take the lead in strategic marketing projects
  • Getting it done and come with ideas and initiatives to take the company to new solutions and convert these into imaginary content for online and offline expressions, writing and editing texts and editing images and/or videos
  • Collaborate with external parties to optimize SEO, SEA and marketing automation
  • The ability to think strategically, but also the willingness to roll up your sleeves and get operational.
  • We expect you to be in the office in Offenau at least 3 days per week and available at least 4 days per week.
  • Personal qualities and competences:

  • A bachelor in Marketing, Commercial Economics or Communication
  • Master the English language like it is your mother language, while German is your native language
  • Up-to-date knowledge of online communication and tools, SEO, SEA, email marketing, targeting campaigns, CMS systems and social media
  • You are familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and the Hubspot Marketing Hub
  • Experience and all-rounder in marketing in a project oriented B2B automation environment
  • You have already gained sound professional experience in the areas of strategic marketing, communication processes and ideally event management
  • You enjoy communication and creative solutions, do have affinity to technology, be a Team player and hands-on.
