    What are you going to do? As an intern in the Customer Experience (CX) department, you will work at our head office in Breda. During this internship you will be part of the CX department in the hospitality channel. This team is responsible for increasing customer satisfaction by providing the best service and executing sales-driven initiatives.

    The goal of your internship will be:

  • Increasing customer satisfaction
  • Increase telephone and digital sales by actively calling in
  • Identify and implement efficiency opportunities
  • Streamlining and improving processes
  • Supporting different departments within the Customer Experience team NL
  • It is important that you have experience in sales or want to further develop your sales skills. Furthermore, you will seek cooperation with various departments within AB InBev, which will give you a good picture of the organization in a short period of time and allow you to expand your network.

    Who/what are we looking for?

  • Commercial HBO education
  • Preferably a working intern who works for at least 4 days;
  • A proactive, independent and accurate working attitude;
  • Excellent communication skills and command of Dutch and English language;
  • Affinity with the FMCG/Horeca market is an advantage;
  • Duration of 5-6 months;
  • Start date early September (in consultation)
