    Purpose of the position:

    Are you passionate about training and development? Are you ready to take on a new challenge in a dynamic and growing organization? We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Training Specialist to join our team

    Reporting to the Training Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training to our diverse community at our client's Almelo facility. With the potential for this role to evolve into a management or leadership position, you'll work closely with the leadership team and Corporate HQ to enhance training materials and delivery methods. Your goal? To empower our workforce, maximize flexibility, scalability, and cultivate a highly trained team.

    As our training specialist, your job is to equip employees with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out their work activities.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Deliver high-quality training to a diverse community, encompassing both theory and practical aspects.
    • Develop engaging multi-platform training materials to foster participant engagement.
    • Support the administration of the training management system to ensure smooth operations.
    • Collaborate with Corporate Headquarters to introduce new training initiatives and enhance delivery methods.
    • Provide coaching and mentorship to the training team, drawing on your experience.
    • Develop statistical evaluations and metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
      Present regular KPIs, training reports, and suggestions for process improvements to senior leadership.

    Knowledge and Experience:

    • The successful professional will have an engaging personality and this trait will reflect their style of training.
    • Proven track record (minimum 5 years) in Training/Teaching within a technical college environment
    • You have a positive attitude and are a team player.
    • You are fluent in English (oral and written).
    • You are enthusiastic and know how to inspire a group; you will have a proven track record demonstrating a natural desire and ability to coach & develop others.
    • Your normal work pattern will be during office hours but must be willing to occasionally work a late shift.
    • Experience within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable but not essential.

    Education Requirements:

    Minimum HBO in Training/Teaching or related subject
