We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our Center of Excellence (CoE) and drive enterprise-scale data and AI initiatives.

This is a senior-level role focused on building scalable data pipelines, deploying ML models, and delivering AI-powered solutions across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities
AI/ML
Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and workflows for advanced analytics and AIML solutions.
Implement and maintain scalable ML and AI engineering frameworks to support enterprise-grade applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data-driven solutions.
Ensure compliance with best practices for data governance, security, and performance.
Support infrastructure deployment for analytics platforms and AI solutions (good to have).
Data Engineering
Design and implement robust data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
Expertise in ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing.
Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Machine Learning (ML) Engineering
Build, train, and deploy ML models at scale.
Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Ability to optimize models for performance and accuracy.
AI Engineering
Develop AI-driven solutions for predictive analytics and automation.
Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and frameworks.
Implement AI algorithms for NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.

Qualification & Experience
A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
Experience 8 years in Data Analytics domain
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure setup (Azure preferred).
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for MLAI workloads.
Experience in CICD pipelines for data and ML solutions.
Understanding of security and compliance in cloud deployments.
Databricks and Microsoft Azure certifications (preferred).
Knowledge Level - GenAI ML Expert, Platform Knowledge Intermediate
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.
Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
