- Het uitvoeren van uiteenlopende onderzoeken op klantlocaties en in ons laboratorium, waaronder hardheidsmetingen, ferrietmetingen, Optische Emissie Spectroscopie (OES), Positive Material Identification (PMI), replicaonderzoek en emissiemetingen;
- Het maken van preparaten ten behoeve van deze onderzoeken;
- Het rapporteren van de meetgegevens;
- Verrichten van metallografisch onderzoek zoals microscopisch structuuronderzoek, ferriettellingen en korrelgrootte bepalingen;
- Het aanmaken en gebruiken van verschillende etsmiddelen;
- Alle overige werkzaamheden en processen die binnen een metallografisch laboratorium voorkomen.
- Bij voorkeur heb je een afgeronde technische MBO Niveau 4 opleiding, bijvoorbeeld richting werktuigbouwkunde, chemie of metaalkunde;
- Ervaring binnen een technische omgeving en met soortgelijke werkzaamheden is een pre
- Ook schoolverlaters en zij-instromers die een aantoonbare affiniteit met techniek hebben, zijn welkom om te reageren en kunnen (intern) opgeleid worden tot Test Technician;
- Je kan goed het overzicht houden, bent klantgericht en bereid om incidenteel langere tijd ingezet te worden op projecten in binnen- en buitenland, zowel op het land als offshore;
- Verder ben je flexibel, fysiek fit en begrijp je dat het werk klaar moet zijn voordat de werkdag voorbij is;
- Natuurlijk wil je jezelf verder ontwikkelen en sta je open voor het volgen van in- en externe opleidingen.
