In deze rol heb jij een voorbeeldfunctie voor de medewerkers van dit bedrijf en werk je samen met de production manager aan het realiseren van de gestelde doelen van deze organisatie. Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van alle afdelingen die met de productie te maken hebben. In deze rol help je de ploeg coördinatoren met het organiseren van de bezetting met betrekking tot de productie, dat houdt in dat je voor de productie de product mix, afstemming van productie, Q.A evaluatie, materiaal op voorraad en kwaliteitswaarborging regelt. Je brengt advies uit aan de engineering en maintenance medewerkers en de je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van productie flow problemen. Daarnaast ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor de werkvoorbereiding van de productie en het overleggen met collega leidinggevenden over de voortgang van het bedrijf etc.. Bij afwezigheid van de production manager ben jij de plaatsvervanger. Tot slot ben je verantwoordelijk voor de juiste registratie van Afkeur van materialen, dagelijkse voortgang rapporteren, KPI's en Kwaliteit gerelateerde zaken.
