• Worked on setting up Enterprise level Data milestones with MT and created overviews and insights for teams/stakeholders on the near term and long term visionof our Data Strategy.

• Played pivotal role in taking end-to-end responsibility for executing the Data Journey  across the bank with an expertise in Data Governance, Architecture and Data Management.

• Maintain an Overview and support the quality of architecture and translate this information to colleagues. and create the architecture required and solution to meet business demand expertise

• Full abilities in understanding on Enterprise level  Data strategies , Technical vision & presenting it back to the business and the Agile teams in mere simple terms.

• Organized and led the teams to Innovate with new additions/changes in the technology space by conducting workshops , Hackathons , MVP’s  to encourage innovative thinking around Data and Analytics space.

• Successfully Orchestrated and developed Solutions such as “Data Marketplace” which is now considered to be the One Stop shop for all the Data needs across the bank.

• Following the Data Trends and new features and running POC’s along with our vendor and service partners(Data Bricks , Microsoft , Confluent) to validate if the products  “Fit for Purpose” 

• Well versed in co ordinating with the teams on shore & off shore, establishing efficient teamwork between the Data and IT experts and the Business.( FTE’s – 35-40 )

• => Provide Azure Technical expertise including strategic design and Architectural mentorship, assessments, POCs,     etc., in support of the product improvements and new features.
