I am Valli Ezhumalai, an experienced Agile professional with over 19 years in IT delivery and transformation programs. Based in the Netherlands since 2021, I have been with Cognizant Technology Solutions since 2006 and currently serve as a Delivery Lead and Scrum Master. I am well-versed in Scrum principles and practices, with hands-on experience in facilitating ceremonies, coaching teams, and driving Agile adoption.

Currently, I am playing a dual role as Delivery Lead and Scrum Master for one of the largest and most critical business transformation programs at the client side, where a 30+ year-old legacy system is being replaced with a modern product, planned for go-live this year. We are currently in the implementation phase.

My focus is on enabling high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring value delivery in complex enterprise environments. I am also a certified AI-empowered SAFe Scrum Master
