Tomé Melo

I'm a 30-year-old Portuguese photographer, who recently moved to Amsterdam. After visiting the Netherlands for work a few times, experiencing its culture firsthand, and witnessing its people's way of living, I fell in love with the country and decided this would be the right place for the next steps in my career.

Working as part of a team is something that highly energizes me. I do quite well when it comes to dealing with time-sensitive matters, and am used to performing under pressure, whilst always caring about my own conduct. Simultaneously, I have distinctly handled high amounts of responsibility in my previous positions, and consider myself a fast learner.

For the past year and a half, I have worked nearly exclusively in the luxury sector, focusing on jewelry and horology photography for the DAVID ROSAS Group. During this time, I was also in charge of creating content for the Museum of Filigree in Porto, as well as running all of the Group's social media accounts. I started by studying Design, however, photography is where I found my passion. Working with people while trying to understand how to best help them achieve their goals has always given me great energy.
