Strategic Project Lead, The Good Health Clinic (October  2021- Present)

TGHC provides diet and lifestyle coaching for people with chronic health conditions like Diabetes and helps them reverse it. I was responsible for the development of TGHC’s tech stack leading a team of  6 developers, 1 designer, and  2 testers.

• Created and implemented a product roadmap for TGHC's mobile application, coaching dashboard, and member website, starting from the initial product vision to the final implementation.
• Strategically planned and wrote detailed user stories for the engineering team, resulting in a 20% reduction in development time for the features, and facilitated decision-making on engineering trade-offs.
• Conducted weekly voice-of-customer interviews, resulting in a 15% increase in customer satisfaction by actively incorporating their feedback into the product roadmap.
• Developed an MVP for end-to-end automation of coach consultations and successfully integrated it with Google Workspace using Python and JavaScript, resulting in a 30% increase in coaching efficiency.

• Led Development of Indibots G3 and R12 Robots 
• Created Indibots customer pipeline for deploying Indibots robots. (50K USD)
• Secured NIDHI PRAYAS grant of (1 M INR)
• Indibots was also awarded a Seed fund of (2.5M INR) under NIDHI SSS 
• Awarded smart grid fellowship from IIT Kanpur for my work in Indibots. 
• Created an intelligent Solar Panel detection system for Indibots robots using OpenCV and Python,  for accurate solar panel detection and recognition.
