Apart of a strong analytical, stress resistant, and prioritizing skills together with a background and experiences in supply chain, production coordination in the pharmaceutical industry I combined with logistics, transportation, and supply chain management. Having a keen eye for detail following up suppliers’ timetable to assure material availability where and when required.  Succeeding in these endeavors by being result orientated in maintaining service level agreements and on time availability of inbound goods. Agile problem-solving skills, maintaining prearranged back up plans for all scenarios possible. Although in operations something always surprises us, I can react to adversities and arrange creative problem-solving plans to overcome them. Experience in transport budget creation and control of it during the operation.

Experience from my Procurement, operation/production planning, and Supply Chain management. In a nutshell, together with the sales department and management, we created a forecast of the requirements of each line of products and each product. I create a projection of requirements of final products, from here determine inventory levels of each product, moving to the production planning and based in the bill of materials (BOM) start the entire material resource planning (MRP), procurement, and supply chain for the manufacturing schedule. I program / production slots. I coordinated the reception, analysis, and approval of all raw materials. Confirm production batch levels, traceability documentation of all manufactured batches to all the components used for traceability purposes and quality control of each production batch.
