I carry 10 months of experience in Workday and after associate with workday technology and decided to learn more about workday and choose as a great career . I am pursuing Workday HCM course with Cloud Foundation. I also carry five years of experience in Human Resources function specializing in verticals such as people operations, recruitments process, Leaves and staff on boarding/off boarding.

I am highly motivated to join an organization where I can contribute my unique skills and grow as Workday Consultant. I am intrigued by the opportunity to bring my talent, experience, and commitment to helping people in a company.

I have completed my Workday HCM training with Cloud Foundation on May2023. My educational background has provided me with a solid foundation in the principles and functionalities of Workday's Human Capital Management system.

During my program, I gained comprehensive knowledge of various modules within Workday HCM, including but not limited to:

• Core HCM: I learned how to navigate the Workday system, manage employee data, and ensure data integrity within the HRIS.
• Compensation and Benefits: I acquired a deep understanding of configuring compensation structures, managing employee benefits programs, and administering total rewards within Workday.
• Talent Management: I studied the functionalities related to talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and learning and development in Workday HCM.
• Reporting and Analytics: I developed skills in generating reports, analyzing HR data, and using Workday's reporting tools to provide insights for decision-making.

Throughout my education, I actively engaged in hands-on exercises, case studies, and projects that simulated real-world Workday HCM scenarios. This practical experience allowed me to apply theoretical knowledge, refine my skills, and gain confidence in effectively utilizing Workday's features and functionalities.
