I have nearly two years of experience in fast-paced environments and thrive in positions requiring multitasking and attention to detail. Especially, I have worked in the Operation team for one year and six months for a Sales Support internship that required several skills of management. 

Throughout the course of my career, I have been extremely organized and efficient in completing tasks in a timely manner. I am also confident in my ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. I can work well in a team and also work independently effectively. I am a consistent problem-solver skilled at prioritizing and managing projects with proficiency. In addition to my experience, I have a Bachelor and Master degree in business administration. Those degrees have given me a strong foundation in business and operations principles. 

In my previous role as a Sales Support Intern at BYD B.V., I developed management and coordination skills by arranging the Demo bus schedules among different BYD branches in Europe. I also arranged the logistics for the buses and processed payments of invoices/reports. My main responsibility was to manage the company Demo Buses Fleet. I arranged schedules for those buses, got the bus preparation done before sending them out and worked closely with the logistics team to book shipments and keep track along the way. When I was in Vietnam, I worked as an Internal Operator for one year. Therefore, I am familiar with arranging and completing operational tasks smoothly.
