As an experienced psychologist with a Cognitive Behavioral psychotherapeutic approach, I incorporate elements of Rogerian Client-Centered therapy to provide a warm and accepting environment for fostering change and personal growth. Besides the variety of mental health conditions, from mild to severe disorders, I recognize the critical importance of mental health in shaping one's opportunities to thrive in their professional life. Therefore, I place significant emphasis on profession- related concerns, such as self- awareness, cognitive flexibility, effective communication, energy management, emotional regulation, and more.

My clinical experience, derived from working in the humanitarian sector and corporate human capital management, has provided me with valuable insights and a diverse skillset. Combining these experiences, I am now actively seeking my next career step as a psychologist, in an environment that values teamwork and embraces human-centric professional development.
