At Cytiva, I oversee the technology roadmap for an intranet and our communication technology tools that provides information, engagement, and collaboration for more than 15,000 employees across 40+ countries.
Before joining Cytiva, I worked at Coca-Cola European Partners (CCEP) where I led building and implementing an intuitive and engaging digital platform for 12,000 employees to support business
priorities and internal collaboration.
It was a career highlight to be awarded the HR ACT Award for being customer focused (usability testing).
Of Dutch background, I have lived in London for many years and recently re-located to the land of my beginnings. I am fluent in Dutch, English, and Tigrinya.
A keen athlete and volunteer and combined both these interests to cycle from London to Paris for “Children with Cancer”.

- Planned and delivered high-impact internal broadcasts aligned with company initiatives together with our CEO, such as (going Gemba in China, Innovation Accelerator in Sweden, Senior Leader Summit in Budapest, and Strategy in London). Achieving 86–93% engagement rates.
- Managed $250K annual budget for intranet technologies and digital communication tools.
