My biggest educational experience was at Nobu Hospitality in London, as I studied and completed my knowledge set of all the classic cocktails. They gave me the opportunity to work with very professional people who put me to the test from the beginning, giving me the occasion to participate in constant training courses and competitions of cocktails; Having then had the chance to win a competition, my cocktail was included in the menu of the month of Nobu and they gave me a training trip to France at the largest cognac distilleries in the world.
