Over 10 years of experience in Learning & Development as a Freelance Learning Consultant in various areas ranging from e-learning development for bureaus to on-premise consultancy to design and develop learning journeys.

In my last two assignments at ABN AMRO and Philips I worked in the design and deployment of IT and informatics re- and upskilling journeys for big corporate reorganizations. I was tasked with managing vendors to deliver the right content to upskill our employees on a range of so-called Informatics topics (like cloud and data & AI). These vendors include O’Reilly, Udacity and AWS. The available learning portfolio at Philips is quite large and so curation is key to bringing value to the business. I firmly believe that learning is an essential part of keeping up as an organization with the fast-paced changes in the world, however it can sometimes be daunting for learners to find the right training that will help them grow. By curating the best learning paths we helped learners find the right training to most effectively and efficiently grow, leading the organization as a whole to grow as well as a result of that.
