Gyuzel Sapyazova

I am 38 years old and have a diverse background, having spent my first 22 years in Uzbekistan, followed by 12 years in Japan and the last 3 years in the Netherlands. Through my experiences in these diverse environments, I have developed a keen interest in working with people from different backgrounds. I am passionate about improving communication and imagining new career opportunities with a focus on sustainable lifecycles. I am excited by the prospect of contributing my unique perspectives to meaningful projects and fostering inclusive environments.

• Third party contracts and supplier management.
• Business alignment with sourcing strategies.
• Promote a collaborative and inclusive environment that supports the execution of source-to-contract, purchase-to-pay processes.
• Lead and facilitate partner onboarding and other procurement activities (SOW rollout, supplier data tracking in RCP) and design a roadmap for budget planning (savings tracking).
• Work with cross-functional teams to assess the feasibility and impact of proposed business requirements, manage contract implementation and monitor compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Translate existing gaps and propose improvements to the QA team with possible solutions (e.g. backlog prioritisation, time/date tracking, resource performance, cost efficiency, automation, process simplification) with a clear understanding of data, risk/impact.
• Contribute to functional and technical specifications, system design, testing and deployment of solutions.
• Support supplier relationship management and supplier performance evaluation activities.
• Support internal customers in the preparation of purchase requisitions for services.
• Evaluate new functional/technical requirements, enhancements, extensions and impact on existing implementation including set-up, business flows, system processes.

I studied IP law at Maastricht Univeristy to be able to navigate clients through IP rights in licence agreements.
