I want to  become a member of a prestigious
institution to contribute my extensive knowledge and experience . My reason for applying for this position within this institutions stems from my personal commitment  to increasing my understanding concerning effective strategy design and execution in a competitive environment. I believe I am a suitable
candidate for any top position based on my intellectual background and entrepreneurial
achievements. I hold a Master of Public Policy and Management degree from the University of Cape Coast in Ghana. This degree was achieved on 30th September 2025. My degree curriculum included courses such as Advanced Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, Management and Organizational Behavior, Public
Administration, Policy Analysis, and International Development Administration. All of
my degree courses have contributed to a better comprehension of management
strategies for making decisions and managing effectively within organizations.
Additionally, a personal aspect of my degree and experience with various companies
from ICT, Health, Finance and NGO interests grew out of this comprehension.
Beyond my academic training, I have developed strong practical insights into fund
management, administration, project analysis, business analysis, data analysis, public
administration through my entrepreneurial and leadership achievements. I was
appointed as the Chief Executive Officer/Registrar at the Ministry of Health-
Government of Ghana from March 2024- March 2025. In addition, I am the founder
of C4C Homeopathic Clinic GmbH based in Hamburg, Germany; C4C Alternative
Healthcare BV based in Amsterdam; and C4C Liver Specialist Hospital with
operational offices in Accra, Kumasi, Odoben, and Cape Coast, Ghana. C4C Financial
Services etc Running such organizations in Europe and West Africa has increased my
awareness and appreciation for more complex forms of expansion and management
across borders and the associated management-related risks inherent in such
expansion. All this serves to reinforce my passion for this job.

My experience is built on the extensive knowledge and expertise in Corporate Management,
Information Communication Technology, Medical Homeopathy and Other Complementary Health
Practices. I have accumulated rich experience in management, working on varied and diverse
projects in corporate management and providing advisory services, data analysis, project
management, business analysis etc. I have developed the requisite expertise in financial
restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, business, financial re-engineering, project analysis and
evaluation, and Information Communication Technology structuring both in Ghana, Germany and
The Netherlands through the C4C Groups of Companies, Grace Microfinance Ltd, Pac Ghana
Limited( I.T Company), Pac Financial Services etc. I have carved an enviable international and
local reputation in corporate management and advisory built on a considerable volume of
transactions spanning over 10 years into corporate management, entrepreneurial and information communication technology
