Dae Schrama

Hi, my name is Dae Schrama. I am a student at The Hague University of Applied Sciences and I am studying: International Communication Management. In this study, I learn all kinds of communication skills such as active listening, verbal and non-verbal communication, empathy and kindness.

I have worked in the hospitality business/industry for the past 5 years. In which I: 

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with quality service throughout their visit and encourage repeat visits,
• Maximise sales opportunities by up-selling additional items when appropriate, and;
• Entering orders and delivering personalised attention by anticipating guest needs, handling special requests, and resolving issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
