Started off as a web developer, building websites, crawlers and CMS's for small and medium sized business. Progressed into building PHP & MySQL backends & API's for mobile clients (Android & IOS) using a variety of PHP frameworks (Zend, CodeIgniter, Symfony, Laravel) and frontends using AngularJS, jQuery, Backbone, bootstrap etc. 
I then shifted towards MeteorJS a realtime fullstack javascript framework where I learned stuff like MongoDB websockets and reactivity essentially ditching PHP and becoming 100% javascript oriented (and HTML/CSS of course). Gradually I've migrated towards NodeJS on the backend using tools like serverless, lambda, ApolloJS, Rest API's etc.

On the frontend I've used many different frameworks like Vue, React and their meta-frameworks Nuxt and Next. I have a solid understanding of building design systems, large applications and understand best practices across the stack. 

Besides the technical experience I've been agile since a long time and understand how to make myself and my teammembers agile in any situation. 

   

My most relevant education was Communication, Multimedia & Design where I learned many important aspects of customer centric development. Given that I already knew how to code, I went all in with projects and in stead of working prototypes I actually started taking it steps further, granting me high grades and even a finished Studium Excellence course. I've also done Business Engineering which gave me unique insights into aspects like Marketing and Sales which I have been applying to all of my projects.
