Ala'a AL-Zetoun

I am an enthusiastic physicist with accumulated a variegated working experience with over than 8 years of
experience in different countries with different cultures, resulting in the ability to quickly adapt to new
environments.  I did my PhD research for astro-particle physics related problems. I have developed a 3D Numerical model based on SDEs to study the propagation of GCRs in the Galaxy. I have successfully finished 4 projects that appear in scientific journal. And I have presented my results in national and international conferences, and summer school. 
 

I am highly experienced and knowledgeable in the field of cosmic ray propagation and interaction with the Galactic magnetic field. During my work, I developed a fully three- dimensional numerical model based on the stochastic differential equations (in the Itô formulation) to study various problems in our understanding of these particles as recently revealed by data from new generation experiments. I successfully finished four different projects that appear in scientific journals, and presented results in international conferences.
Beside doing my research in I have been actively involved in teaching undergraduate students for many courses. Also I have six years experience teaching science, physics and mathematics in primary and secondary schools.
