Team Lead’s role is to look after the team and processes in the first Picnic’s Automated Fulfilment Center. We aim to ensure that the customers get fresh and best-quality groceries delivered on time. I work with a statistic-based system to finish the goods-picking process before the
deadline. Watch over stock completeness, reporting missing deliveries, receipt checks, groceries quality control, training, and motivating workers, conducting disciplinary interviews, knowledge sharing, and helping to establish the structure in a completely new facility.
