What are your responsibilities?
In this position your will be in charge for the restaurant operations during your shift.

You will communicate with the guests and your colleagues from the different departments to ensure the guest's needs are met.

As a shift leader you will respond to and try to fulfill any special arrangements.

You will help and supervise the setup of the restaurant, ensuring cleanliness and proper set up of furniture and equipment.

You will inspect and maintain table set-ups for cleanness, neatness and agreement with group requirements and company standards. Also, you will ensure that you and your colleagues from the restaurant will work together as a team. You will develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support the team to reach common goals.

What makes you the perfect fit?
You take initiative and feel responsible for what you do. You have relevant experience in Banqueting and are a reliable colleague. You are flexible and do not mind working different shifts and you speak Dutch and/or English. To be eligible for this position you

Have at least 2 years' experience in F&B hospitality;
Like to create a personal connection with our guests;
Go the extra mile for our guests, but also for your colleagues;
Are flexible, friendly and an team player;
Have good communication & social skills;
Are fluent in English and also preferable Dutch, other languages are a plus;
