As Office Assistant you will ensure that all our offices are a great place to work. You will support us with building an inclusive culture where our employees feel loved and feel like they can truly be themselves


Due to the anticipated growth in our Maastricht team in the coming months, we are looking for someone who can take on a full time role.


What You'll Be Doing

  • You will be the first point of contact for all our visitors and guests at Mollie Maastricht;
  • Place supply orders and arrange practical matters in the office;
  • Arrange repairs and oversee small maintenance issues;
  • Responsible for arranging and facilitating events and team outings together with the leadership and the social committee (some of these events are held out of office hours);
  • Form part of the social committee and be the link between Mollie's Employee Resource Groups and employees in Maastricht to drive engagement;
  • Oversee hospitality and catering services in the office included lunch provision and the stocking of pantries;
  • Facilitate team visits and offsite events in coordination with Heads;
  • Manage and escalate small IT related issues with equipment;
  • Work with the People & Places team in Amsterdam and be the main point of contact for the landlord, housekeeping and office contractors;
  • Form part of the BHV team and be responsible for the first aid kits and reporting incidents;
  • Assist with capacity planning (for example sign up sheets) to manage desk booking and other resources;
  • Effectively communicate with all office users related to practical issues related to office use, services and events;
  • Perform small housekeeping tasks where required to support cleaning activities;
  • Most importantly; you will make sure everyone is happy and able to work at their full potential
