- Je draagt zorg voor het optimaal functionele van jouw afdeling;
- Je verbetert de productiviteit en efficiëntie;
- Je voert voorbeteringen en wijzigingen door mbt werkzaamheden, methoden en werkwijzen;
- Je minimaliseert het aantal fouten op jouw afdeling;
- Je voert overleggen binnen en buiten jouw afdeling;
- Je voert werkzaamheden uit mbt het personeelsdossier;
- Je vervangt de Supervisor tijdens verlof/ziekte en wilt wellicht in de toekomst doorgroeien naar Supervisor.
- Je hebt MBO werk- en denkniveau;
- Je hebt goede kennis van de logistieke organisatie;
- Je hebt kennis en ervaring met het aansturen van warehouse employees;
- Je hebt goede kennis van de warehouse management systemen (bij voorkeur PKMS);
- Je hebt een positieve instelling en hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Je hebt ervaring in het werken met logistieke processen en als Teamleader;
- Je hebt uitstekende kennis en beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
- Je hebt ervaring met uitvoeren van kwaliteit procedure in ISO 9001;
- Je bent flexibel en stressbestendig en bereid tot overwerken in (en indien nodig buiten) het seizoen;
- Je bent bereid om in verschillende diensten te werken, momenteel wordt er nog in de dagdienst gewerkt;
- Je hebt de volgende competenties: Verbeteringsgericht, teamspeler, klanten begrijpen en tevreden stellen, gevoel voor bedrijfsethiek.
