As our Marketing Manager, you will be part of a high performing team to enable us to shape the future of aviation.

What you will do as a Marketing Manager:

Your responsibilities will include:

Orchestrating and executing impactful digital marketing campaigns with a robust project management methodology
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to devise and execute marketing activation strategies
Assisting internal stakeholders by providing a businessoriented approach for gotomarket campaigns
Creating highquality content, evaluating its effectiveness, and launching campaigns as required
Formulating, executing, and assessing an effective SEO strategy
Overseeing social media accounts daily and responding proactively to media inquiries
Constantly testing, monitoring, and enhancing marketing strategies to optimize ROI
Delivering reports and analyses on results using martech platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and CRM among others
Building and nurturing relationships with media partners and industry alliances/associations to maximize comarketing and partnership opportunities
Collaborating with (NL/UK) agencies when necessary, and the willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done
We expect that you are able to work two to three days in the Office and are able to travel to our offices spread across the Randstad Area

As Marketing Manager you will become part of the business line Mobility & Infrastructure Marketing Team which consists of six team members.

Your focus will be to support our aviation team at NACO, our leading airport engineering and consultancy.

Within this international business unit, you will be driving the leading themes and developments in aviation today, together with experts from airport designers, engineers and architects to specialist consultants in the sustainable aviation, airport digitalization, and airport customer experience fields.

From 2025, we'll be moving to our inspiring new office at the former Mining Faculty building at the TUDelft Campus, fostering even closer collaboration with everyone under one roof.

What you bring:

We're looking for someone who has a proven track record in developing and activating digital marketing campaigns, preferably within the international transport/technology space.

You will have a good understanding of the full marketing mix, including content production for campaigns using different channels that span the POE spectrum.

Ideally you will have previous experience of working within a complex, matrix organisation with numerous internal stakeholders to bring campaigns to fruition.

Specifically, you will bring:

Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, Dutch is a plus
Master's or Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
10+ years of B2B marketing experien
