This role is not just about implementing processes—it's about shaping the future of how we work and innovate.

-
Data-Driven Insights: Collect performance data on all Product Teams within the Product Model, turning insights into actionable recommendations for improvement.

This is a newly created role, offering you the unique opportunity to shape and design it from the ground up.

You'll work closely with senior leaders giving you a platform to grow and influence the future of our operating model.
