- Design and implement knowledge management processes and procedures to facilitate the capture, organization, and dissemination of information and best practices.
- Ensure that our information platform is easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify critical knowledge gaps and areas for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on knowledge management best practices and tools.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives, gathering feedback and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate communities of practice or discussion forums to encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration among employees.
- Partner with IT teams to ensure the security and integrity of our knowledge management system.
- Develop and maintain documentation standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of information.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Library Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in knowledge management, information management, or related disciplines.
- Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, methodologies, and technologies.
- Experience with knowledge management software and tools (e.g., SharePoint, ServiceNow).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess knowledge needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

This job will reside in the Global People Services team, in which you will report to the Global Manager Operational Excellence and Process Improvement. Your main stakeholders will be the global and regional Operational Excellence experts, the Global People Services Management team, your People Services colleagues, HR Expertise as well as HR Line and cross sector colleagues in similar roles. You will participate in regional and global meetings, projects and continuous improvements. The office location is Veldhoven, the Netherlands.
