- Deliver and implement Dynamics 365 F&O (AX) financial modules internationally;
- Deliver high quality business and software application services to clients;
- The creation of high quality and sustainable client solutions;
- Deliver all consultancy according to the HSO Project Methodology, ensuring that all software applications are implemented successfully according to the project plan;
- Measure customer expectations of business knowledge, skills and behavior;
- Identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as necessary;
- Communicate progress updates to relevant parties both formally and informally;
- Participation in pre-sales activities as requested;
- Always represent HSO International in a professional and positive manner;
- Advise customers on industries' best practices in a proactive rather than passive way.
- You are ambitious and eager to learn;
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written; other languages such as French, German, Spanish and Italian are a big plus;
- You have good communication skills and you are creative in solving problems;

- You are willing to take an extra challenge to work and travel for international projects all over the world.
- University degree in Finance and Accounting, Business and Finance Management, or a comparable education;
- A financial background in early parts of your career;
- At least 3 to 5 years of ERP consulting experience –Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or earlier versions of Dynamics AX preferably;
- Experience of at least two end-to-end ERP implementations – large international projects preferable;
- Proven record of leading customer facing meetings aimed at Business Requirement Analysis, Business process mapping, modelling and documentation knowledge;
- Preferable some pre-sales experience;
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
